Level 3 Tactical LLC – Giveaway Policy & Terms

Eligibility

  1. Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States of America.

  2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter.

  3. Body armor prizes will only be shipped to states where it is legal for civilians to own.

  4. We will not ship body armor to:

    • Convicted felons,

    • Individuals convicted of domestic violence offenses, or

    • Anyone otherwise prohibited by law from owning body armor.

  5. We do not ship giveaway prizes outside the United States.

How to Enter

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  2. To enter, participants must:

    • Like, follow, or subscribe to Level 3 Tactical LLC on our official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and/or YouTube).

  3. Participants remain eligible for every monthly drawing so long as the entry rules are met.

Selection of Winners

  1. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries at the end of each month.

  2. Winners will be announced on our official social media platforms and posted on our website.

  3. Winners will be contacted directly through the platform they entered with. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be chosen.

Prizes

  1. Giveaway items may vary monthly and are at the sole discretion of Level 3 Tactical LLC.

  2. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Level 3 Tactical LLC.

  3. Winners are responsible for any applicable state or federal taxes associated with receiving a prize.

General Rules

  1. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by Level 3 Tactical LLC, which are final and binding.

  2. Level 3 Tactical LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or are found to be fraudulent.

  3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

  4. By entering, participants release Level 3 Tactical LLC from any liability related to the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy

Personal information collected during giveaway entry will only be used for contacting winners and will not be sold or shared.
